In 1885, poultry dealer Joseph Ammer was allowed to construct his small booth at the Oktoberfest, creating the world’s first chicken roastery.
This year the 5th generation is celebrating 125 years of serving healthy organic chicken and duck in their landmark Oktoberfest tent. |
