Oktoberfest Munich - Booking Details

Unlimited Access to Oktoberfest:
Entry to the Oktoberfest is FREE, and you may walk around the grounds as much as you like at no charge. Reservations are not required to enter the Oktoberfest tents; however, you will need Euros for everything you plan to do - from eating, drinking and tipping your server to carnival rides, attractions and souvenirs.

Flights:
Package prices do not include airfare. You may use the booking tool at Solstinox Travel or any other method you choose.

Meeting Point:
Upon arrival in Munich, you will have an opportunity to meet your fellow Spyglass travelers in a traditional Bavarian Beer Garden. Complete details will be included in your customized eBook, available for download August 2011.

Oktoberfest Tent Reservation:
One reservation per person is included in each package. You will enjoy generous Bavarian hospitality with a delicious meal and some of the world’s best beer in a small, medium, or large Oktoberfest tent. Reservations usually include ½ chicken and 2 maß of beer, but vary according to the tent.
By law, there are times when reservations are not possible and seats that would normally be reserved are open on a first-come first-served basis. At all times, each tent has non-reserved seats that can be occupied by anyone without a reservation.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your Oktoberfest booking; balance due 90 days prior to departure.

Transfers:
Transfers to and from the airport are not included in the package price. Trains leave the airport every 10 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof and Marienplatz stations where you can walk to your hotel or catch a tram.
